Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with jobQ, you must contact customer support by email (email@example.com). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your enrollment as long as the assessment survey has not yet been completed.
When contacting customer support to cancel enrollment, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the online assessment survey has been taken, your enrollment cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request a refund for the program (minus the cost of the assessment).
